Your team is responsible for over 5000 Active Clients on our database, ensuring repeat business from them and providing the best service
You will make at least 60 calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and listings on our platform, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
There are team members who will work together with you to ensure the success of your role.
It is your job to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and ensure that your revenue and job target is achieved by doing these.


Source new sales opportunities in existing companies through outbound lead follow-up and emails
Influence customers to list their jobs on our platform, buy & retain the company’s services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Close sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
Perform effective online demos to prospects


Understand customer needs and requirements - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Capture complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Team with In-House partners (Sales Fulfillment team, sales, Customer Service, Banner Ad, Career Services) to build pipeline and close deals
Other sales activities and assignments as assigned by supervisor

Key Skills & Competencies

HND or BSC in a business-related discipline
Proven working experience in telesales preferably B2B sales & account management
Excellent use of MS office packages
Proper understanding of the CRM software e.g Zoho
Good record-keeping and follow-up
Sales & Customer Service experience

Very strong in oral and written communication in English
